Our Story

Our founders came together eight years ago to pool their expertise and experience in health care, education, technology, and scaling of multiple companies as follows:

Modern Care with over 400 participating doctors managed thousands of patients released from the hospital but still in need of intensive care.
Trendar Corporation managed billions of dollars of services to thousands of corporate customers deploying technology in 2,500 locations across 45 states.
Education Networks of America (ENA) provided Internet and phone services to over 20,000 K-12 schools in more than 25 states.
VTM (Virtual Tele-Medicine) developed easily deployable technology (using ENA’s backbone) to educate thousands of presurgical urology, orthopedic & neurosurgical patients about their surgery and recovery creating better outcomes through patient knowledge and compliance.
Empower Health used VTM's technology in a field trial with 20+ community partners to educate over 800 women located 200+ miles from their headquarters on the aspects of opioid use on developing children. More than 50% joined the Empower Health program to prevent harm to unborn babies.

The principles of these businesses have the expertise and capabilities that are required to educate millions of at-risk childbearing age women that are having thousands of babies every year impacted by drugs and alcohol. Engaging these women in a total wellness program allows them to have a healthy child when the time is right. These experienced professionals have been working together over the last seven years to develop this wellness program that it is now ready to launch nationally. Over twenty million dollars have been invested in this research and development effort.

The emergence of new technologies and medical breakthroughs now leads Encompass Partners to design a complete holistic system that will solve this epidemic of our generation … an epidemic that is costing the federal and state governments expenditures equating to a $3.2 Trillion 25-year mortgage each and every year. These expenditures occur across 24 federal and state agencies (including Medicaid) making it very difficult to identify the root cause and address it through prevention rather than reacting to the consequences.

Encompass Partners is now positioned to scale to meet the goals of this administration – ramping as quickly as necessary in a single or multi-state strategy to address this epidemic of our generation.
